I give thanks to the Lord for birthing Caterpillar 2 Butterfly into the hearts of these women of God. What a blessing this program has been in changing my life, and in the life of my family. Through this program God is teaching me how to be a good steward over the finances He has entrusted me with. I’m learning how to be a good parent and good role model to my children. I am applying accountability and faithfulness to my Word. This beautiful program has the heart of God for His people and it’s a place that I can feel safe and feel free to share. God knows all that is in my heart and all the hurts and my desires. He knows the things that I need Him to help me with my accomplishments because I know that without Him I can do nothing. God has birthed caterpillar to butterfly in the hearts of these women for such a time as this. The body of Christ and families has a need of a safe place where we are not afraid of judgment or condemnation. Since I have been in this program I have begun to pay off debt and accomplished goals that I was encouraged to start. Since I’ve been in this program I’ve graduated and received my Associates Degree in theology. I’ve begun to de-clutter my life by identifying what was weighing me down. I have been so free and so open to the Holy Spirit to let Him do His work in me. I’ve been ministered to strictly by God using these women and I give Him all the praise and all the glory that

Before coming to Caterpillar 2 Butterfly I was lost in this world with no hope. I was dealing with depression and felt like I had no purpose, but within the first week of meeting with the mentors here my perception of everything has changed. Their purpose is to restore lives and they have fulfilled the meaning of every bit of that. Since being in the program I am now leaning towards becoming the woman that God created me to be. The first step for me was letting go of everything that was holding me back like not forgiving myself and others, drugs, being raped, and losing a child. Not knowing God was the main hindrance. When you know God everything else falls into place. God is love and knowing Him showed me how to love others as well as myself no matter what test and trials come at us. Knowing that He is here with me and never leaves nor forsakes me gives me strength to conquer everything in life through our Savior Jesus Christ. Through knowing Him my eyes are opened to another life. I’m happier and not as stressed about things that I have no control over. I love myself and I have a better attitude about myself. I really thank God for this outreach ministry.

What a privilege it has been to go from working a 9 to 5 job to starting my own business! God is good!!! These ladies at C2B have truly been a huge blessing in supporting me with my dreams since I’ve started this journey of entrepreneurship! Their labor of love has not gone to waste. They have assisted me in so many ways it would take up too much space to write it all. So, just to share a few of the ways C2B has helped me; they advised me with business decisions, helped with filling out the appropriate forms, have written bids, proposals, and contracts (which had great success), and so much more. At the beginning of 2018, I won my first contract, and it has been uphill from there. Since then , I have been awarded three additional contracts making it possible for me to quit my regular job and live comfortably through my business alone. I am almost at my 1year mark and this journey has gone beyond anything I could’ve imagined. I would just like to say thank you so, so, much for the advice you all have given me and making me a better business woman! I don’t know what I would’ve done without the grace of God and the support of C2B! Again, thank you C2B
